Billing Details

Payment Schedule

  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled or paused
  • Pause anytime to stop billing without losing setup
  • Resume instantly when you need monitoring again
  • Cancel only if you want to permanently terminate (pause is preferred)

Rate Limits

  • API calls: 300 requests/hour
  • Webhook deliveries: No limit
  • Data retention: 90 days event history

Fair Use Policy

The service is designed for reasonable personal use:

  • Monitoring: 1 payment source per account (done by stripe, we don't handle any credit card info directly)
  • Webhooks: Up to 10 webhook endpoints per account
  • API usage: Standard rate limits apply

This is not an enterprise service by any means but feel free to contact us if you have ideas that might fit.

Unlimited trial period for dry runs

All new accounts include:

  • Full service access (except payment failure monitoring since payment is required)
  • No credit card required while you are testing the service
  • Standard rate limits

Refunds & Cancellation

Pause vs Cancel (Recommended)

Need a break? Pause stops billing and monitoring while keeping your configuration and event history intact.

  • No charges while paused
  • Webhooks disabled until you resume
  • Config & history retained (within normal retention policies)

Full Cancellation

If you really want to terminate (pause is usually better):

  • No cancellation fees
  • Webhooks & monitoring stop immediately
  • Re-subscribe anytime (fresh billing cycle)

Refund Policy

Given the experimental nature of this service:

  • Full refund available within 7 days of initial subscription
  • Pro-rated refunds for service outages >24 hours
  • No refunds for partial months or after 7-day window
  • Good faith consideration for exceptional circumstances

Important Service Limitations:
  • Payment monitoring delays - grace periods and retry logic

  • Third-party dependencies - relies on payment processor behavior
  • Experimental service - no guarantees of timing or reliability
